At PSS Scaffolding Ltd, we recognize the significance of comprehensive training for our employees. All of our operatives are on a full PAYE basis and possess CISRS/CSCS cards. We work closely with the C.I.T.B. and offer a complete apprenticeship-training scheme, emphasizing our commitment to empowering our employees to enhance their skills and abilities. This ensures that we provide the industry with a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting the requirements of the future. We maintain a detailed training matrix and plan, which can be provided upon request.
